What's a PAX Era Classic?
The Era Classic is a sleek and compact pod vape designed for use with concentrates like cannabis oil. This pod vape employs pre-filled inserts that are easily swapped in and out as needed. Pod vapes are great options for discreet, low maintenance usage.
The device can easily fit in the palm of your hand, a pocket, or a bag, making it highly portable and discreet. On the face of the device is an LED indicator in the shape of PAX's four-petaled logo. The LED indicator communicates important information, including whether a pod is connected to the device, the remaining battery life, the temperature setting, and session control.
To insert a pod, simply click it into the device. When it is depleted, remove the pod and swap in a full one. Pod vapes make loading concentrates a clean and easy process that requires no cleaning or maintenance after usage. Pods are sold separately at authorized retailers in select states with legal medical marijuana or adult-use cannabis programs.
How to Insert the Pod
Inserting a pod into the Era Classic is as easy as clicking it in until contact is made with the battery. You will know that your pod has been successfully inserted because the LED indicator will pulse white, meaning the device is now ready for use.
When a pod is depleted, swapping it out is a simple two-step process: simply pull the old pod out, and click the new pod in.
How to Turn on the Device
Of course, you won't be able to vaporize any of the concentrate cannabis material inside the pod if you can't turn the device on. The PAX Era does not feature any buttons, instead relying on sensors to detect when you are inhaling on the mouthpiece. You do not actually have to turn your device on or off; simply raise the device to your lips and begin drawing to start vaporizing your cannabis material.
How to set the Temperature
The Era Classic offers a temperature range of 520°F to 790°F, with four predetermined temperature settings. Each setting can alter a pod's flavor and your vape experience. To change your temperature setting, enter Temp Set mode by shaking the device. The LED indicator should then show the current battery level. When the battery life is displayed, remove the pod from your device. When the pod is removed, the indicator should show the current temperature setting and then begin cycling through each of the four available settings. When the setting you'd like to select appears, reinsert the pod. The LED indicator will pulse to confirm your selection.
How to Charge and Check the Battery Life
The Era Classic might require a charge when you first unbox it. It charges by way of a micro USB; the charging cable is included with the device. As the device charges, the LED indicator will display the current battery level. Unplug the device once fully charged.
When you are using your Era Classic, you can check the battery level at any time by gently shaking the device. The LED indicator will display the current battery level, with each petal representing 25% battery life.
